At MotorLab GCC, we are committed to providing high-quality car accessories and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Before placing your order, please carefully review the product details, specifications, and compatibility information to ensure the product meets your requirements.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the defect or damage

  • A description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a full refund of the product purchase price. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Process

Once your refund request has been approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Products that do not fit the customer's vehicle due to incorrect compatibility checks

  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidents

  • Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect product functionality

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
